From first hello to finished project
This is the path every printed photo organizing client walks through. Each step builds on the last, so you always know what’s coming and what it costs.
Printed Photo Organizing Projects
1. Free Consultation
20–30 minutes · Phone or video call
We start with a conversation, not a commitment. Tell me about your photos, what’s weighing on you, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll listen closely and let you know honestly whether I’m the right fit to help.
2. Discovery Session
1–2 hours · Required for all new clients
This is where the real planning happens. Together we’ll review the state of your photos, talk through your goals, and take a look at your digital accounts, so nothing gets left behind.
What you’ll walk away with:
- A tailored plan built around your collection
- A proposed timeline for the project
- An estimated cost, so you can decide with confidence
3. Project Deposit
Due to begin
Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit of half the estimated project cost secures your spot on my schedule and lets me start preparing everything your project will need.
4. Remaining Balance
When your project is complete
The remaining balance is due at our last meeting together, when your photos are organized, preserved, and ready to be enjoyed by your family for years to come.
Scan & Enhance, Conversion, & Ongoing Organizating
Bringing older formats into today
Whether it’s a shelf of loose prints or a bin of home videos, these services are priced simply, so there are no surprises.
Scan & Enhance
Your prints are carefully scanned and lightly enhanced where needed, turning fragile originals into digital images your family can access, share, and back up for good.
Convert Tapes
Home movies get a second life on digital media. This rate is per tape, plus the cost of the device you’d like your videos delivered on, such as a thumb drive or external hard drive.
Monthly Ongoing Organizing
For families who want to stay ahead of it
Once your digital and printed files have been assessed, we’ll talk through what an ongoing organizing plan looks like for your family, and what it costs, so your system stays as tidy as the day we finished.
